Toledo GROWs will continue to monitor local and state regulations regarding COVID 19 so that we can once again have a safe, fun event for all. We will follow recommendations from the Lucas County Health Department and reserve the right to require precautions such as masks if the need should arise.




  • Tickets
    • All tickets are good for one admission any day or time of the festival weekend.
    • Adults 13+: $12 online; $15 at the gate.
    • Seniors 60+: $12 online or at the gate.
    • Children 12 and under: free with a paid adult – no ticket required.
    • Toledo Metroparks members receive up to 2 admissions discounted $6 each.
      • Metroparks Members should contact Staci in member services at 419.407.9744 with any questions about membership or if you have not received the discount code. Members will be asked to show membership card upon entry to the festival.

Any artist, staff, volunteer, or patron experiencing symptoms of illness should not enter the festival grounds, and anyone experiencing symptoms while attending should immediately leave.




  • 175 artists in nine mediums, invited through a jury process, will exhibit and sell their artwork.
  • Artist booths will be placed throughout the festival grounds at Toledo Botanical Garden. Many of the booths are accessible along paved pathways and sidewalks, but most are located in grassy areas, with plenty of shade. Click here for the event map.
  • The concession circle features a variety of food truck options, including Deet’s BBQ, Eric’s Ice Cream, Frenzy on the Go, Island Noodles, Lyle’s Crepes, Mediterranean Cuisine, Olde Tyme Kettle Corn, Rosie’s Rolling Chef, Snowie Summers, and Susie’s Lemonade.
    Soft drinks and adult beverages, including Earnest Brew Works beer will also be available.
  • Local musicians will perform throughout the weekend.
  • Seating areas will be available in the concession circle.
  • The Conference Center and restrooms in it will be reserved for artist use only.
  • Public restrooms will be available in the concession area, as well as portable toilets throughout the grounds.
  • Parents and children are encouraged to explore the “Secret Forest” play area at Toledo Botanical Garden, adjacent to the concession area.

  • Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the FREE shuttle service from Meijer on Central Avenue to the festival entrance. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the day, beginning 30 minutes before the festival opens and ending 30 minutes after close each day.
  • Handicapped parking, with a valid handicap placard, is available on a limited basis through the garden’s main entrance at 5403 Elmer Drive. (Sorry – no wheelchairs are available on site.)
  • Toledo Botanical Garden’s Bancroft Street lot is reserved for artist parking only.
  • Many TBG neighbors offer parking for a fee, but street parking in the area is very limited.
  • All visitors (other than handicapped parking) must walk in through the Olimphia Drive entrance.
