What to Know for CFA 2025
Toledo GROWs is excited to host this event once again for the community. We are fortunate to have so many talented artists share their work with all of us. Following are details that will help you plan for your visit.
FESTIVAL HOURS*
Saturday, June 28: 10AM-6PM
Sunday, June 29: 10AM-4PM
*Note there are no Friday hours this year
BEFORE YOU COME TO THE FESTIVAL

- Purchase tickets here
- All tickets are good for one admission any day or time of the festival weekend.
- Adults 13+: $12 online; $15 at the gate.
- Seniors 60+: $12 online or at the gate.
- Children 12 and under: free with a paid adult – no ticket required.
- Toledo Metroparks members receive up to 2 admissions discounted $6 each.
- All discounted tickets must be purchased online. No discounts will be given at the gate.
- Metroparks Members should contact Jackie Cummins in member services at 419.407.9755 or at jackie.cummins@metroparkstoledo.com with any questions about membership or if you have not received the discount code.
WHAT YOU WILL SEE AT THE FESTIVAL
- 150 juried artists across nine mediums will offer original artwork for sale, giving attendees the chance to purchase unique, handcrafted pieces directly from the creators. See the event map here.
- Artist booths are placed throughout the festival grounds at Toledo Botanical Garden. Many of the booths are accessible along paved pathways and sidewalks, but most are located in grassy areas, with plenty of shade.
- The concession circle features a variety of food truck options. Soft drinks and adult beverages, including local beer and cocktails. No outside food or drink, please.
- Seating areas are available in the concession circle.
- The Conference Center is reserved for artist use only, with the exception of guests needing accessible restrooms.
- Public restrooms are available in the concession area, as well as portable toilets throughout the grounds.

We look forward to welcoming you! This community event has become an annual tradition for many and an important event for our artists.
PARKING AND ENTRANCE
- Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the FREE shuttle service from Meijer on Central Avenue to the festival entrance. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the day, beginning 30 minutes before the festival opens and ending 30 minutes after close each day. See the event map here.
- Accessible parking, with a valid placard, is available on a limited basis through the garden’s main entrance at 5403 Elmer Drive. (Sorry – no wheelchairs are available on site.)
- Toledo Botanical Garden’s Bancroft Street lot is reserved for artist parking only.
- Many TBG neighbors offer parking for a fee, but street parking in the area is very limited.
- All visitors (other than handicapped parking) must walk in through the Olimphia Drive entrance. There is no guest entrance through the Bancroft lot.
- Keep in mind that there are no pets allowed at the Toledo Botanical Garden or at Crosby Festival of the Arts.
